Breathing deeper and calmly helps to ease and prevent stress. Secondly, breathing alternately with both nostrils for 15-20 minutes keeps oxidation process in better way and keeps mind more relaxed.
Yogasanas: Yogasanas are physical exercises that provide relaxation to mind and body, ease stiff joints and muscles and make you feel good. Meditation: Meditation is a key in yoga practice which provide us relaxed, calm, focused, sensible, and peaceful mind and soul. Meditation has been successfully used to remove stress, reduce blood pressure, and improve coordination, concentration, flexibility, sleep and digestion.
